Nisko Electricity & Electronics is made up of three companies: Karnei Tchelet, Quantrum and Orsol. Each company focuses on a different aspect and together they provide the Group with strength and flexibility. Karnei Tchelet is one of the most influential companies in the field of luxury light fixtures in Israel. The company is the sole importer of top international brands, such as: Flos from Italy, Moooi from Holland, Establish & Sons and Tom Dixon from the UK and Modular from Belgium. The company provides high quality lighting solutions for private homes, fashion chain stores, offices, showrooms, restaurants, halls and more. Amongst the company's customers are the fashion chains FOX, Castro and Honigman, advertising agency McCann-Erikson, car dealerships Jaguar and Skoda, hi-tech leaders Microsoft and IBM, and many others.

Quantrum is a manufacturer, importer and distributer of electricity and electronic products, fanning products for industrial and home use, light bulbs and light fixtures, professional appliances for electricians and more. Since established, Quantrum has broadened its range of products through successful acquisition of companies and merging their activity as an integral part of the company's operation.

Orsol specializes in marketing and distribution of batteries, rechargers and power sources, advanced light bulbs and light sources for private use. The company focuses on private stores and retailers through a progressive distribution layout, and helps to complete the group while serving a wide range of customers.
